what's your rep range on the compound lifts? Dude, I NEVER feel it in my arms but that's because I do a 5x5, I think I'm going to switch to a 4x12 or 5x12 on all the big compound lifts. any thoughts?

also man, can you post up which days you workout and what exercises / muscle groups you work out on those days?
