Summer Bulk, a newbies journey.
Day 1. Tuesday 5/6/2008
Ahhhh.. I feel like I got my ass kicked. Not totally wiped out, but a gooood workout nontheless. I'm doing DFT 5x5.
First up 5x5 Squat @ 165lbs
Then 5x5 bench @ 115
5x5 Rows for 145
And finally some 45lb 2x12 crunches, and tricep rope pulldowns 2x10 @ 100 something pounds.
any suggestions feel free. next workout is on thursday. should I run on my off day? hmmm =/
