Been reading up like I should've in the first place! Think I'm going to get on the Starting Strength program for awhile. I've been doing the one body part per week thing and from what I've been reading that's not the best way to go. I've been working out, inconsistently, for a few years. Going on 5 months in a row now. Never really did a basic program like SS. 3 day's a week with cardio in between sounds good to me. especially for the summer.
Any thoughts?
I've always been in decent shape but still consider myself pretty new to serious lifting. I'm probably one of the older guy's to do SS, but I feel like going back to square one and doing it right would be a good thing to do. I was also considering doing HST after SS.
