For you maintenance is between 2100 – 2400 calories a day depending on your level of activity. This means how much you can eat just to stay even. You’re young so it’s probably on the higher side. If you want to gain you need to eat more than that by at least 500 calories a day. Now you just need to figure out your diet. 800 of those calories at least should be protein; this would give you 200gms a day.
