Supplements that I take on any given day are
BCAA’s, Protein, creatine, glutamine, Maltodextrose, dextrose, flax oil, fish oil, saw palmetto, multi-vitamin, calcium, potassium, NAC, Alcar, ALA, R-ALA, Vit B’s, Phosphatydry, Serine, Hawthorne Berry, Milk Thistle. These are daily. Off and on there are a few other things I supplement but I won’t mention them.
