protein,creatine,ALC,magnesium,potassium citrate, green tea, fish oil, multi-vit, b-complex vit, beta carotene, vit C, niacin, policosanol, piracetam, lecithin, garlic, sea kelp, yohimbine, rhodiola, taurine, ala, im sure theres more that i forgot... i plan to add some more when they come in
