Overall Impression:i think i did really badly on one of my exams yesterday....it kinda messed up my workout because i overhead a couple of guys talking about it and i got so upset i decided to go back and leave my workout unfinished....i had studied for almost a week for the exam and i blanked out like 5 minutes into the paper...fuck!
The Workout:Superset 1
- Pull-ups = 4 reps x 4 sets
- Standing Unilateral Dumbbell Shoulder Press = 40 lbs x 10 reps x 4 sets
Superset 2
- Pull-ups = 4 reps x 3 sets
- Seated Dumbbell Unilateral Shoulder Press = 50 lbs x 4 reps x 3 set
