THURSDAY:
Standing Press 5x5 @ 75
Deadlift 5x5 @ 265
Pullups 5x5 bodyweight baaad form at last two sets, muscle failuree
for biceps I did pullups (Above) [not enough?] and for abs I did that crunch machine thing.. damn that thing burns.
SATURDAY:
5x5 Squat @ 170!
5x5 Bench @ 120! kinda started to fail on last set, should I be touching my shirt lightly because I stop an inch above my chest in fear of muscle failure and not being able to get the bar back up (no spot) bad?
5x5 Rows @ 150
...woo. tomorrow I shall hit the iron again. I've been loading up on the food all day and night. I see a litttlee teensy amount of growth in my arms and thighs... nowhere else really. nothing to comment on hehe. my muscles seem smaller today like they've been shrinking / catabolizing (it's monday today, last workout was on saturday)
they have a habit of doing this if I don't work them often / not eat enough on my off -days? what? what's causing the catabolism to take place here..
it's like I get a little muscle growth.. and then it goes away! it wont stick!
