My bench has gone up by 20 pounds. It hasn't done that in over a year. I was stuck at 95 and I'm now at ~120. 5x5!!! before I couldn't even 3x5 95 pounds.
My arms feel bigger. I feel like I'm getting a better workout. I feel stronger. I'm getting heavier. Bigger. Stronger. Thicker. A year ago progress like this took months. I'm increasing my weight each workout on all exercises without struggle.
Curious, why would I stop what's working?
