I have to agree. The numbers just do not add up and make sense. DFT at this time is not ideal for you and Wolf aka Sentinel aka Anuj explained why very well. Take a program you can progress every workout/week with and squeeze it for everything you can rather than change it up the first second you get a little frustrated.
