im lookin at the dates of the post. darkvision are you saying that you put these weights on in a week that you could have never done before. like the 25 pounds on the bench, 100 pounds on the squat. have you even tried those weights before? i ask that because there is no way possible you can just add that kind of weight on in the matter of a week. i dont doubt what you say but there is no way you can make that kind of jump in a week
