I'm just saying what worked for me. I lifted for 5-6 months working each muscle doing 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps eating good with VERY little gain. Granted I was still sore but results weren't there. I guess wolf is saying arnold has no idea what he's talking about? hah...ok.....I mean i guess he wasn't mr. universe or anything like that....and let me add - failure routines require a good spotter or like wid says could be disaster.
