Oh and p.s. Not everyone's body reacts the same way. What you ppl are telling him might not work for him. I've had massive people tell me that dead lifts are the best work out for arms meanwhile it never did shit for me. Everyone is different. Routine will effect everyone differently. I was just suggestions that he might want to try some failure exercises if he's not getting any gains.
