For a guy without a valid point you're awfully antagonistic. More people get big in spite of their training knowledge than because of it - that's almost a direct quote from the 'why aren't you growing' sticky that Darkvision didn't read. Arnold doesn't have to know a damn thing about lifting if he's got the best genetics in the world. And if you really did the routine you said you did, and got very little gains, then the problem more likely lies with you or with the specifics of your program than with the concept.
