LOL....arnold was a revolutionary in bringing bodybuilding mainstream. but it ends with that. he had amazing genetics which helped him grow so well and with the added supplements and roids he was taking he could've just sat and wanked off all day and still gotten big.
you lifted for 5-6 months doing 3x10?? lol...why does there need to be such an extreme stand? why can't we all agree that 3x10 works for some things (note: things does NOT mean people...things means exercises, short periods of time, etc...everything goal related), 5x5 works for others and 3x3 does the same as does to failure training. nothing exists in a vacuum or in absolution.
