Dark, the reason I chose to delete my posts and not respond any longer, as if it isn't already painfully obvious, has nothing to do with what program you are doing. It has to do with the fact that you keep reversing everything and have us running in circles.

I do not appreciate being told what I want to hear so that I can go on posting in the same vein looking like a fool so that somebody can just go right back to the beginning as if they never agreed with anything. You claimed an attitude reversal and then came right back with the same crap. This whole thread is nothing more than a way for you to get attention...so you respond in order to keep it going, not to actually learn anything. You also implied that you would read and understand the programs...another lie.

You've already got people coming on and repeating the same things again. I suggest the old-timers stop wasting their time. As for the day late and dollar short peanut gallery....Mr. Universe Anyone has NOTHING to do with you. Like Cradler said.

The frustration is no different than the frustration I experience with my 6 year old. So you can guess my reaction to your "stop acting like kids" statement.

Anyone who thinks that Rippetoe's is "too easy" could not have done program as written. If done the way Rip intended it then it is the most challenging thing you are likely ever to do. Not right off the bat from day one, but once you get going well. Rippetoe's could never be too easy for anyone. I thought we had ironed out that it is about progression and not how tired you are after a workout. This is my last post in this thread.
