How is this a good exercise routine? Done 3-4x a week, I don't get it. It goes against everything I've ever read or heard. No deadlifts... No PRESS AT ALL?
Helpz, I think I want to start the routine for 2-3months.
No seriously, can someone explain to me the principal behind his routine? One exercise PER bodypart? I suppose you focus on extreme form and what not, but I don't get it. DIPS and NO incline work? Man boobs or massive shelfs - what will come of that?
