well im don think this would be the universal answer, but by looking at that article it isnt meant for you to be strong or have anythign over developed. it is just for you to have somewhat of a nice rounded physique without you being really big. and for the everyday guy who isnt interested in being super strong or super huge that does look like an ok routine. remember that i said" for an everyday average guy who isnt into being super strong or huge"


i think this artcile is more so for someone who just wants to go ot the gym get in a little shape and look good. they say clear as day in the beginning of the article

so why would you need deads or presses if a workouts headline is that.


all in all it aint a great workout imo. but if you are just a regular dude and you want to do a little something in the gym so you can go to the beach and look aight go for it. but you wont be beating anybody in a lifting competition.

thats just my 2 cents
