1. i saw that you posted on the program in the powerlifting articles sticky, based on what you said at the time it looked like you kinda had the same question as i do about how to really fit it into a routine, i was wondering if you ever actually got around to running the program - but based on what your saying i'm guessing you didn't

2. i have watched some of phillip's stuff on youtube, the guy is crazy strong

3. out of curiosity, why don't you like percentage based programs? personally, i guess i don't know enough about / have enough experience with percentage based programs to know whether they are good or not. for the most part my training has always been about lifting the most that i could on a certain day (with proper form). i have done some programs in the past where i would start 20 or so pounds less than my best efforts on certain lifts and then worked on progressively adding weight each week until i break my previous plateau, but that is about it. i guess, that i kinda how i saw the coen-phillipi deadlift program. i would be starting with a certain percentage of my max deadlift that i will be able to do fairly easily, and then i will be progressively adding weight each week and work on reaching my max deadlift goal.
