If you search on the internet you can find articles for and against creatine. I don't believe there is any hard evidence saying its bad.

Talking to several nutritionists are college and they all say about the same thing. Its only bad if you aren't consuming enough water through out the day.
Does it help a lot with gains in strength/size?
