When/how did it start for you?
How did you guys get started in BB? I first got 'started' lifting weights in my Sophomore year of HS, about 5 yrs ago. Of course, @ that time, I worked out whatever body parts, using a lot of iso. ex's, crappy nutrition, etc. But, I got inspired by seeing Markus Ruhl in an edition of Muscular Development, the one w/ Brandy Dahl on the cover. Anyway, what about y'all?
