i think i am just a taste stronger in certain lifts form high school. i can bench and shoulder press a little more than what i did, but when i graduated i was stronger as a whole.
when i got to high school i was 240. i graduated at 270. i think i was nfl ready strength wise back back then
. so all in all my goal wasnt to get bigger cause i have always been big. i just wanted to lift heavy weight for a lot of reps. it wasnt impressive to lift 225. it was impressive to lift 225, 25 times.oh and be able to chase somebody and they think they are smoking me to turn around and notice that i am just a step away from ripping their shoulder off their body
