Glutamine isn't worth the money. BCAAs are not worth the money. Have you compared the amino acid profile of a single serving of whey to a standard serving of BCAAs?
Creatine won't actually give you energy since it has very few (if any) calories. So long as your muscles are saturated with creatine, I don't think it matters when you take it. Absorption might be a little better PWO though.
