i'll say.. .had legs today. strength is WAY WAY up, i had the leg press fully loaded doing slow steady reps like it was empty. by the time i finihsed up my quads were so pumped i could barely squat down without them feeling like the skin was gonna pop open. i loved it. sipping my PWO shake now and about to go and pretend to jab another 3cc's
