ME Squat Day
Felt a bit tired today (again!!) Still had a ripper session tho! Hit a double PR on squats felt real good too, pretty happy to be over the 315 hump, 3 wheels, Im stoked! sorry if Im exited but yall know I love my squat PRs!!
Did some RDLs next, I think Im getting better at this exercise, I added weight and a rep to each set, pretty cool.After some pull thrus and some abs.Im tired now and hungry!!
