naw they are 1200 mgs. i didnt know i couldt take so many. i just took them on the same frequency as the vitamins. i will have to buy another bottle because i only bought a little 60 mg one.


still workin on the leg right now. i was actually getting better but i drive one of these huge vans at my second gig. i guess the way the seat is positioned it irritated my left hip. it was a little off anyway from me limping so much. im gonan take more of these fish pills. im gonan take a bath in some epsom salt an di still have some pills caled indomethecin form when i had the reactive arthritis. they are some stronng anti inflammitory drugs. i should be cool by tomorrow to sqaut. ill keep you guys updated
