Squat - 200 yeaah!! =]
Press - uhh.. I corrected my form and decided to slap on more weight.. too much at 95 pounds total, my form sucked and I failed on the second set, so next workout I'm going to bump it back down to 85.
Row - 100, good. seemed too easy.
