DE Bench Day
Damn sore still from those bulgarians, so i warmed up extra before bench.Speed was good and form tight so i was happy.On to press next, I went pretty easy cos I didnt want to hurt my chest again.No pain so thats a good sign.Finished off with some Incline tri extensions hammer grip floor presses and then some dumbell rows.The rows were awesome I hate having to load big chunky 10kg plates on dumbells tho, it just feels weird!

Hammer Grip Dumbell Floor press 4x9,7,5,6 30kg
Tri Ext 25kg 3x10 Superset with Dumbell rows 30kg 3x10
Pretty Good workout.
