ME Squat Day

STILL sore from the damn Bulgarians,how the fuck did like 60-70lbs put me in this much pain!!! LOL. Oh well had a good day anyways,hit another squat PR for a single 137.5kg It was a true grinder tho ,but I held my form no falling forward or anything.Pretty good rep if I may say so myself!! On to GMs, my form needs work here, I went up to 90kg for a double just to test my strength a bit to see where Im at with GMs but my form was shit,Ill drop way back down and do more sets of quality reps.I also did just 1 set of pullthrus and then abs.A good day even with the reduced volume of work I was tired.

ME Squat day 2/6/08
Squats 1x1 112.5kg 125kg, 137.5kg (PR)
GMs 2x3 60kg, 1x2 80kg, 90kg
Pullthrus 1x10 90kg (I love this exercise)
Abs 4 sets
