i agree with everyone. but here is my 2 cents.
1. fuck everybody else, you are lifting for you!!! not them!!!!!
2. dont know everybody else opinion, but dont drop weights. it may just be me personally but if i drop the weight that i am using i cant control it, so IMO i failed. handle weight you can control and have good form with.
3. never be to proud. if you need to lift lighter..... DO IT!!! no shame in the weight you do.
4. never measure your success with anyone elses.
5. just because someone looks strong doesnt mean they are strong, or they know what they are doing. feel free to listen to people give you advice if they do, but research it yourself, or just come on back to the site
