I was N a similar situation, but was on a roadtrip. I'd say what you listed, plus oats for breakfast, powdered milk (assuming you drink milk), protein powder, some PB, sardines, dehydrated fruit, and plenty of tupperware for it all! Have fun, and tell us how it goes!!
