Todays cardio

Bike 3 min (fast)
1 x 15 pushups
1 x 20 situps
1 x 20 flutter kicks (4 sec count)
1 x 3 pull ups

Bike 3 min (fast)
1 x 15 pushups
1 x 20 situps
1 x 20 flutter kicks (4 sec count)
1 x 3 pull ups

Bike 3 min (fast)
1 x 15 pushups
1 x 20 situps
1 x 20 flutter kicks (4 sec count)

Bike 3 min (fast)
1 x 15 pushups
1 x 20 situps
1 x 20 flutter kicks (4 sec count)
1 x 3 pull ups
bike 6 min. (fast)

All done with no rest between exercises. Tommorow run.
