ME Bench
Switched up to Close Grip Bench, and worked my way up to 100kg, not bad thats a PR for close grip but I think I've only ever maxed on that once before.I did a few sets of 3 board after for triples.I like me some board pressin, feels great for the tris.Switched to pullups for some triples too, nothing to heavy or close to failure.Finished of with cable rows, really tying to pause in the fully contracted position.
