Run 1/2 mile (3:27) My best time ever

1 x 20 situps
1 x 20 flutter kicks (4 sec count)

Well had my best 1/2 mile time today. Forgot to do pull-ups..cause wifey was rushing me to go to the Tepon bar...yummm
