DE Squat day

Had a nice carb/sodium bloat going on today!!,I forgot my lunch for work so had to order from the lunch service.Planned on going carb free until postworkout, but with the work lunch menu that aint gonna happen!! Feasted on a big chicken burger and a coffee!! nice to have a splurge day I guess!!

Ended up having a decent workout too, box squats for speed and then bulgarians after, I only did 3 sets but Im sore again today, amazing how so little weight can really affect you.After that lots of extensions with static holds and reverse crunches for abs.

DE Squat day 6/6/08
Box Squat 3x2 60kg 3x2 65kg 4x2 70kg
Bulgarian Squats 3x6 20kg
4 sets Abs and Extensions also fooled around with some GHRs to see if I could find a way to do them without the machine.
