No doubt slayer, many people have a problem with liquid nutrients, I for one dont. Then again I've never been in a situation where I "could not gain", very much the oposite actually, so its hard for me to gauge how a 150lber would need to eat to gain. On the other hand, it would be worth mentioning not to overdue it on the cals, unless your prepared to do some cardio durring or after your bulker to keep bodyfat down.
