i hate the bench press
different strokes for different folks...
its funny because different things do work for different people.....take jeremy hoornstra for example...the guy is gonna shatter the raw bench record soon. but if you look at the workout program he's on: it looks like a VERY typical 4 or 5 day bodybuilding split....

he's raw benched 675 lbs for a single. unfortunately, the vid was taken down a few days ago...which sucks lol...
