lol oh trust me i have lots of self control and can handle what ever amount of carbohydrates u would sugest for quickest results and for the protien i think im gonna eat 2/3 of my wieght wich is 90 grams but i think im gonna eat between 60 and 90 grams of protien oh and is non fat yogurt any good and how about chesse AND reduced fat milk?
