that's not enough .. dude your only 14, 5'9'' and only 135. I would just suggest eating 135 grams of protein a day just because you don't have that much weight to begin with, and you don't know your BF%.. ( IMO I think you should be bulking so you fill out a little more). did you just start lifting?
