"It works" would indicate that you could specifically build the "upper chest". In other words..................................you're wrong and he called you out. Your chest might have filled out, but it didn't happen for the reasons you thought it did. (We already had this conversation before) And if Perks had followed your advice then he would end up becoming frustrated. Don't get pissed off because you don't know what you're talking about. Get educated. Every time I get called out because I say something that's wrong, I go read up on it and learn so I can become better. And if you're not sure about a question someone has posted, then ask in that thread. Ask if your advice is good advice. The forum is here for learning, not self gratification.

EDIT: Like I said in my last response to one of your rants, most people get where they are despite their training. I put on 20lbs of lean mass in the past 6 months also despite a boatload of injuries. I would guess that you have much better genetics than I do also. But that's beside the point for now.
