2 Scoops On Whey Power 240cals 2fat 6carb 48pro
1.5 Cup Skim Milk 158cals 0fat 23carb 16pro

TOTALS: 623 Calories - 7g Fat - 69g Carbs - 71g Pro


and yes i will be eating my eggs next with some cheese
