That's just a hyper. Those are not usually called "roman chairs" in and of themselfves these days but I know they sometimes are. I was referring to sit-ups though not extensions. It would be doing a sit-up on that or any sit up where you elevate yourself and hyper-extend the bottom portion of the movement.
