I'm trying to put together a kind of summer reading list for myself. I have pretty much been reading biographies (Shultz, Einstein, Jack London) lately, and I'm thinking I want to shift to some fiction.

Any thoughts on some good fiction to read? (And I've already read all the Ayn Rand stuff, so don't mention Atlas Shrugged et al)
