Did it for 4 weeks. I'm now 200 with my six pack. I think most of it was diet though.

Clen has two things it does. One is it has an anti-catabolic affect making it so you dont have muscle loss. The other is that it increases heart rate and increases body temp to burn fat. To take it more than two weeks you have to take benadryl to recharge your receptors (thats why you get the shakes from it). I never have the shakes that bad I had the nervousness (I loved the feeling it got me jacked). Also I got the cramps... really.. really... really bad. I had to take about 1000-1100mg of potassium and drink about 2 1/2 gallons of water to keep cramping away. If I didn't get enough water or potassium I felt it.

For me, clen had more of the anti-catabolic affect for me because my diet was spot on and I didn't drop drastic weight at all. My diet is this - Oatmeal and 25-30g of protein at wakeup, lift, pwo (shake 60gprotein some form of fruit\simple carb for insulin boost), then I would have my remaining meals throughout the day at work in a 8-9 hr period roughly having about 1 1/2 to 2 lbs of poultry (chicken or steak) with a whole bag of green vegetables. If I felt hungry still when i got home I would have another protein shake, if I felt satisfied and full I would just go right to bed.

I would go about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks without cheating, but I would cheat. No splurging, just simply add more carbs then normal into my diet. So my body got carb loaded, bloat up a little, then I would cardio it off and diet it off.

My progress so far has been from 290lbs last July to 255 in Feb of this year to 200\205 now. I plan on going down to 190 to put me at the 3% bf mark, then bulk back up but prevent going over the 9% bf mark.

My feelings on doing it for 4 weeks? I think if you did a week on week off it would probably be better so that you didn't have to put benadryl into your body. Benadryl will dry you up badly, I often woke up because my mouth was dry as can be. I lost the actual feeling of it after my first week even with using benadryl I lost the feeling of it.

using clen really made me realize one thing -- listen to your body and know your body. Its okay to take advice but remeber, its advice, not the rule. Know your body and how it reacts to how you lift, what you eat, etc.

If you really want to lose weight just use DMP.
