talking with my brother in laws son...he goes to school in houston...they have them lifting for football...i think he's...14...
mandatory back belts and knee braces for everybody. he says he can squat 250...he weighs about 125...pretty sure he's going down about 4"...
schools are just as bad as the personal training industry
