bis-curl bar/alternating dumbbell curls/and concentration curls
tris-kick backs-curl bar over head extentions
chest-flys/ bench
shoulder-seated dumbbell press/ lateral raises
traps- barbell and dumbbell shrugs
legs-leg extension/leg curls
back-lat pull downs/ reverse grip pull downs/ and dead lifts
abs-crunches till i cant do nemore
