DE Squat Day
So today I lifted with a mate for the first time in years,I always lift alone.The plan was to box squat and concentrate on LOWER body, but my friend just wanted to hit bis and shoulders so I let him go
I found it hard to get into the workout too, I must say whilst he is a great friend I much prefer to workout alone and really concentrate on the workout.Anywho speed was pretty good at 55% so I think I'm improving.I wanted to do bulgarians or possibly lunges next but the right hand side groin wasnt loving it so I did some speed pulls and then pullthrus and abs.I should be ready for more 1 legged stuff soon tho.

Box squat 10x2 70kg
Deadlift 6x1 80kg
Pullthru 4x10 90kg
Reverse crunches 4x12
