ME Squat day
Pulled sumo again today, I didnt wann pull conv. cos its supposed to be a deload week.I tried to get a wider stance and had my feet less than 1cm away from the plates.I cant go wider unless I get a longer bar!!They felt fucking incredible for my hams and glutes, I got vids I hope they look better than last week!!
I stopped at 150kg on the bar I probs had a little more in me I think. I did front squats off a box next, very hard on the shoulders but I guess I need to strengthen them.I liked them tho so I will do them again.Finished with abs for just 2 sets (deload week).

Front Squat 5x2 40kgx2,60kg 70kgx2 (form work is all)
Pulldown Abs 2x8 70kg
