Leg press - DS 20, 15, 10 @ 200
Leg curls - 3X8 100
Close stance squats - 3X10 135
Wow oh wow...longest break between sets during an exercise was 90 seconds. The energy level required for this workout has me feeling like I've regressed an entire year. First time I've done squats with a very close stance. I was sooo tight at that point in the workout that I could barely come close to parallel. I'm going to go ahead with tomorrow's workout and then I'm taking a day or two off.
