bench: 155, 3 x 5
stepups: 40, 2 x 8
incline db press: 40's, 2 x 10
dips: 20, 3 x 13
5 pound plate switch planks: 2 on each side, then 3 on each side (PR!!!!!!!)
10 min jump rope hiit.
first time i've dl'd over 200 for like.....a month and a half...could have hit 3 x 3 on the 210...but...i'll save it.
got a video of one of the doubles...and a video of the plank pr...
had my physical on monday...everything checks out good....got a mini hernia...doc said it's nothing to worry about...so that is good. and i got a cholesterol issue i gotta work on...get it from my mom i think...but i'm gonna write out a weekly diet and exercise template for the doc to look at, and see where i can improve. total chol has to come down...and my ldl...
fucking good workout though...maybe too much tit work...right pec is a little sore.
